Features
Description
Canyon Lakes Golf Course & Brewery is a public 18-hole golf course located in San Ramon, California, in the East Bay of Northern California. Designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson, Sr., the course opened in 1986/1987 and was the first upscale daily fee golf course in the East Bay. Under current ownership since 2015 by Don Naumann, the facility uniquely combines golf with an on-site craft microbrewery that opened in 2017.
Practice Facilities
IMPORTANT: Canyon Lakes Golf Course does NOT have a traditional driving range.
Available Practice Facilities:
-
Hitting Nets: Practice nets for warm-up swings only (no ball flight/distance practice)
-
Putting Green: Yes
-
Chipping/Pitching Area: Yes
Per TripAdvisor Q&A: “There are nets to hit into but no formal driving range”. Greenskeeper.org also confirms: “Driving Range: NO”.
